Return Policy

Right to return:
“You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs amount to approximately 7.25 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur. To make use of this right, you can contact us via UWEMAIL@uwwinkel.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is properly packaged when returning it.”
Exchange product:
“Do you want to exchange your product? That is no problem at all. You can contact [EMAIL ADDRESS]. However, you will bear the costs for returning the product yourself.”
Incorrect delivery address provided:
“Accidentally provided an incorrect delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.”
Exception customization
Are your products excluded because you only sell customization? Then you can point this out to your customer with the following text:
“Products that you purchase via this webshop are custom-made according to the specifications you entered. The right of withdrawal therefore does not apply. The sale is therefore final after successful payment.”
Exception sealed products
You may seal products under certain circumstances, for example products that cannot be returned after opening for hygienic reasons. These products may be returned if the seal has not been broken:
“For audio and video recordings, computer software, and products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without giving a reason, provided that the seal has not been broken. If the seal is broken, your order is final and can no longer be returned. If you use your right of withdrawal, you have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. Exception for durable products
Are your products excluded because they only have a short shelf life? Think of fresh products, for example. You can then point this out to your customer with the following text:
“Products that you purchase via this webshop have a limited shelf life and can therefore not be returned. The right of withdrawal therefore does not apply. The sale is therefore final after successful payment.”
